Shannon Holloway, MS, CHFP is the Founder and Venture Partner at Holloway R&D, partnering with leaders to close the "human value gap" between technical invention and market impact.

Shannon’s 20-year career is rooted in the stewardship and grit of securing compliant IT infrastructure for a family-owned healthcare practice and evolved into a decade focused on the frontiers of human-machine teaming. Her pioneering work has earned a Red Dot Design Award and has been published by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference, and the Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA).

Shannon translates technical audacity into commercial velocity, with a definitive track record of navigating high-stakes growth: engineering 0-to-1 blueprints for stealth startups, launching the venture capital arm of Steadfast Financial, and de-risking $1B+ market opportunities for early-stage products at Google. She currently guides founders building category-defining moats within the Techstars Space, Braid Theory, and Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) ecosystems. 

Outside of her work in technology ventures, her multimedia storytelling has been featured in the Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery (LAMAG), Discovery Channel, and BRIC Arts & Media.

Shannon is a Board-Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP) and received her MS from NYU Tandon School of Engineering and BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
